Our office counter is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The business office is closed on holidays. Sometimes, due to scheduling conflicts or training, the office may not be open.

If you are at the police department and if the office is closed, there is a dispatch direct phone just outside the city hall main entrance door on Maple St., or call (715)479-4343. An officer will return to the police department and meet with you.
