City of Eagle River Structure Fire

ERPD Case Number: 10-002628

City of Eagle River , Vilas County , Wisconsin , March 16, 2010

At 2:10 p.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2010, Vilas County Dispatch received a 9-1-1 call reporting a structure fire at 521 Minnesota St; Apt A., City of Eagle River. The report of the structure fire was called in by the resident of the duplex apartment.

The residence was occupied at the time but all parties evacuated. The duplex apartments  sustained fire, smoke and water damage. Eagle River Fire Department and Rescue were assisted by the Conover and Land O Lakes Fire and RIT teams, St. Germain Fire Department, Vilas County Sheriff’s Department, Eagle River Memorial Hospital EMS and the Eagle River Police Department. The cause of the fire is under investigation at this time by the Eagle River Fire Department investigator.
